PITMAR TOURS IS A 100% CANADIAN OWNED AND OPERATED BY HGBC LEASING LTD. ALL TOUR FUNDS ARE HELD IN TRUST. BC REG NO 3561
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: a $100 deposit is due upon booking unless otherwise stated with a final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Space will be released if the above payments are not made.
PRICE INCLUDES: Accommodations, scheduled entrance fees, selected meals, luggage handling of one suit case per person throughout the tour.
NOT INCLUDED: All personal items, daily meals, gratuities to waiters for individual meals, tour guides, coach driver, or any individual rendering a personal service.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: At time of booking we will be pleased to request special hotel requirements such as “two beds” or “room near elevator” or “non smoking” room. We cannot guarantee all such requests as they are subject to hotel availability.
LUGGAGE: The maximum baggage allowance is one suitcase per person (max 48lbs) and is covered by porterage. Any additional baggage such as tote bags will be the passenger’s responsibility. No responsibility or liability is assumed for the loss or damage of luggage from breakage, theft or group handling by airlines, cruise personnel or hotels.
SMOKING: is not permitted on the bus. The average time between stops is two hours.
MEDICAL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Pitmar Tours strongly recommends all passengers acquire additional Cancellation and Medical Insurance at time of booking. This coverage is available at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 7 days prior to departure: full refund less $20 administration fee. 6 days and less before departure 100% Non Refundable.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Persons requiring more than minor assistance must be accompanied by a travelling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance required.
IDENTIFICATION: Please have your BC Seniors card with you for BC Ferries requirements.
LIABILITIES: Client shall indemnify and hold harmless HGBC Leasing Ltd.,dba Pitmar Tours, its affiliated entities and its and their employees, agents, shareholders, officers, successors and assigns from all suits, actions, losses, damages, claims or liability for any personal injury, death, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which is occasioned by any negligent acts or omissions of Pitmar Tours arising out of any goods or services provided for this or these trips.
Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses or expenses due to sickness, lack of appropriate medical facilities or practitioners, weather, strikes, theft or other criminal acts, war, terrorism, computer problems, or other such causes. Other risks may arise such as, but not limited to, hazards of travelling in foreign countries including undeveloped areas, the hazards of travel by aircraft, bus, van, train, automobile or other motorized vehicle, differing safety standards, sickness, criminal acts committed by others, allergic reactions, and/or animal encounters. You are voluntarily participating in the tour and Pitmar Tours, and as lawful consideration for the agreement to travel with Pitmar tours, you agree not to make a claim against Pitmar Tours, its related companies, officers and employees for injuries, death, or any other claim and agree to release Collette, its related companies, officers and employees from any such claim. This release is binding on all members of your travelling party, as well as your Estate and heirs and this provision shall be enforceable even after your trip has ended.
MEDICAL AND HEALTH:
TRIP CANCELLATION: Pitmar Tours reserves the right to cancel this trip, substitute the driver or escort, make, with or without notice, any changes in hotel, transportation, accommodation or schedule for any valid reason without liability on the part of Pitmar Tours, HGBC Leasing Ltd. or any of its agents.
COVID-19: Masks are highly encouraged getting on and off the coach and in close or confined areas in public.
If you decide to make a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you are physically well enough to travel and understand that medical facilities may not be similar to what you are accustomed to at home. You must bring enough medication with you for the trip.
PRIVACY: All information gathered by Pitmar Tours for purposes of the tour or marketing is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Pitmar Tours reserves the right to take photographs or video during any tour for marketing purposes including print media, website or social media without any compensation. By booking with Pitmar Tours you agree to participate. Please notify us in writing should you wish to opt-out.
